Baling

You need high-compressed bales that are nice to handle? Our Claas Quadrant 2200 Fine Cut large square baler can bale silage, hay and straw.

The bale size with a height of 0,7 m (2.5ft.) and a width of 1,2 m (4.0ft.) is perfect for transporting and handling. The length is variable between 1 m (3 ft.) and 3 m (10ft.).

With the "Fine Cut" cutting rotor, we have the option to use up to 25 knives in silage (theoretical length up to 2 inches) or up to 49 knives in hay and straw (theoretical length 1 inch). This is the perfect length for bedding purposes in dairy and poultry barns and for feeding in TMR's.

A preservative applicator is installed to apply propionic acid or other preservatives. The on board moisture sensor deliver accurate on the go moisture readings to determine the amount of acid needed.
